Today we’re releasing SQL Backup Master v3.1. It can also backup the database to the FTP server-or a directory on your local machine, network server or storage device. SQL Backup Master backs up your SQL Server databases to any number of popular cloud storage services such as Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Box, and Google Drive. It offers a number of improvements and bug fixes, including important changes to Dropbox support. It can also back up databases to an FTP server - or a folder on your local machine, network server, or storage device. Dropbox recently announced that version 1 of their service API (application programming interface) is now deprecated, and will be shut down on June 28th, 2017. The backup of your SQL Server database to the cloud will not be complex or expensive. SQL Backup Master 6.3.620 was available to download from the developers website when we last checked. SQL Backup Master is born by providing an easy way to download copies of your database to one or more of the most affordable (or free) cloud storage services. It also provides compression, coding, scheduling, restoration and rich notifications, so that you can stop worrying and go back to business.
